Clara’s Flower Studio prides itself in making your special day, just that - special! Below are our terms and conditions and important policies which you should have read prior to making your order.  Terms and conditions

·         Prices - All prices include GST unless otherwise shown and all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars

·         Payment - It is your responsibility to ensure payment is made in full and on time. Orders will only be processed once final and full payment is made. EFT, Credit and Cash payments accepted.

.          Visa and MasterCard only accepted. Surcharge of 3% is applied to all credit transactions.

·         Cancellations – All deposits are non-refundable. Only customers who cancel orders to the value of $500 within 30 days of the date of delivery, will lose the total owing amount minus the deposit. If your order is valued at less than $500, you will not be refunded any amount for your purchase.  

·         Changing your order- If your order has a total value less than $500 you may make changes to your order without penalty – at any time up to 3 days prior to the specified delivery date. If your order has a total value greater than $500, you may make changes to your order without penalty at any time up to 7 days prior to the specified delivery date.

·         Delivery – We will make every attempt to fulfil your order at the requested delivery time or as close to the requested time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

·         Availability - Flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery.

·         Hire Equipment - Vases, vessels, containers and/or equipment on hire by Clara’s Flower Studio (‘Hire Equipment’) remain the property of Clara’s Flower Studio at all times. You must reimburse us in full for any damages to, or loss of Hire Equipment.

·         Complaints – All complaints must be made in writing to [email protected] within 36hrs of the specified delivery date. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receipt of the complaint and promptly investigate the complaint. We will keep you informed during the investigation and endeavour to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible.

·         IMPORTANT - Clara’s Flower Studio takes the upmost care to make sure all flowers are carefully tended to and are as fresh as possible when being delivered. Once delivered, it is your responsible to safeguard the longevity of the flowers. Clara’s Flower Studio does not accept any responsibility for the flowers and their well-being once a customer takes possession of them.  Below are some useful hints for caring for cut flowers:

Caring for cut flowers

    • Fill a vase with fresh cold water and add the flower food we have provided. Ensure the vase is clean, as bacteria harms flowers.
    • If you run out of the Flower Food you can substitute with a teaspoon of lemon juice, sugar, aspirin, or bleach (anything that inhibits the growth of bacteria and feeds the flowers).
    • Take approximately 2cm off all stems, making a slanted cut with a sharp knife or very sharp scissors and remove leaves that will fall below the waterline.
    • Avoid direct sunlight, heat or draughts which can shorten flowers' lives and keep flowers away from fruit.
    • Top up the water regularly, add flower food in proportion and remove faded flowers as they occur.
Privacy Policy

Clara’s Flower Studio is dedicated to the privacy of our customer’s information. We understand that every individual has a right to control how their personal details are used, so any personal information collected by Clara’s Flower Studio is not disclosed, except to delivery drivers.

Clara’s Flower Studio ensures that all customer data and personal information is not disclosed (except to delivery drivers) and will do the upmost to protect customer’s information. However, it is important to note that there may be exceptional cases where disclosure is required by law or is needed to safeguard the rights or property of Clara’s Flower Studio.

Clara’s Flower Studio customers have the right to remain anonymous except in those transactions (such as those involving credit cards) where personal information is required to complete such transactions. In the case of floral or gift deliveries Clara’s Flower Studio will not disclose the sender information to the recipient unless specifically requested to do so by the sender.

Newsletter

Only customers, who sign up to our newsletter service will receive these emails.  The newsletter may contain, but is not limited to, new product information, news and promotional offers.  It is important to note that we DO NOT disclose email addresses to third parties without a customer’s express consent.
